Important licence information
Producer credit is required where commercially and technically reasonable.
Purchasing an Exclusive licence prevents AHAVA from issuing new licences for that beat after final settlement. Existing valid licences issued before the Exclusive sale remain valid.
Exclusive does not automatically mean copyright transfer. The underlying beat remains owned by the producer or relevant rightsholder unless copyright is separately assigned in writing.
